Who we are
X-Wallet, Thessaloniki 56430, Greece. Phone +30 2312 133 388, email info@x-wallet.gr. We are the controller of the personal data described below.
What we collect
When you send an order request, we collect the name, phone number, email address and delivery details you enter, plus anything you write in the message field. Your cart is stored only in your own browser and never reaches us until you send the request. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, requested page) for security.
Why we use it
To call you back, agree the details of your order, arrange delivery and payment, and keep the accounting records the law requires. We do not use your data for profiling and we send no marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of that contract, our legal obligations for invoicing, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to complete your order: our hosting provider (iplines.eu), the courier delivering your parcel, and our accountant. We never sell your data or pass it on for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order requests that do not lead to a purchase: 12 months. Completed orders and invoices: as long as Greek tax law requires. Server logs: up to 6 months.

Online chat
The chat window at the bottom of the page is run by an external live-chat provider. When you open it, that provider receives your IP address, browser details and the messages you send, and stores its own cookies in your browser. Write to info@x-wallet.gr if you would like to know which provider we use.
Cookies
Apart from the chat, this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your language choice and cart are saved in your browser's local storage and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to info@x-wallet.gr and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
